Time Warner always raising their prices is what finally drove me to drop their sorry asses, That and their steadfast refusal to add the NFL network. I now have directv and I'm happy with it, I looked at dishnetwork but I'm unable to get that where I live. I have too damn many trees that would interfere with the signal.

Prosecutors: Marine arranged ex-girlfriend's rape through Craigslist

CASPER, Wyo. - Even in the Craigslist "Casual Encounters" section -the red light district of the Internet- it was a shocking offer.

A woman named 'Sara,' looking for a "real aggressive man," asking him to rape her inside her home. Even more shocking, however, was that at least one man, 26-year-old Ty McDowell answered the ad, saying he was willing to be the woman's attacker. But the biggest surprise was yet to come.

The author of the dark fantasy, police say, was really the woman's ex-boyfriend, a U.S. Marine named Jebidiah Stipe. And it was Stipe, police say, who was e-mailing with McDowell as he planned the break-in and rape.

Police say Stipe provided an address, a picture, and then waited for the brutal assault to happen. On Dec. 11th, Ty McDowell broke into the woman's home in Casper, Wyoming, gagged her, tied her up and raped her, according to police. When investigators from the Natrona County Sheriff's Office sorted everything out, they charged McDowell with sexual assault and Stipe with being an accomplice

That's simply horrible. This guy is a monster and/or likely off his rocker. The poor child should be taken away from him, for obvious reasons. Geez, how does a somebody every get over being waterboarded as a child, no less.

Definitely. At the very least, the punishment should fit the crime. But, sad to say, even doing that would not erase the horrible emotional scars that this poor little girl will now live with. I hope she can receive some professional counseling - and the sooner the better.

DALLAS - If you want a pillow and blanket in coach on American Airlines, it's going to cost you.

The airline will charge $8 for a pillow and blanket in coach class for domestic trips and some international flights longer than two hours, beginning May 1.

Tell me about it. When I flew to Michigan in November it cost me $30 to check two suitcases. I saved $5.00 by checking in on-line. Southwest is the only airline(that I'm aware of) that doesn't charge for checked luggage. They don't give you anything but a drink (coffee,juice). They'll sell you a lunch bag for $5.00 which contains snacks.

TIS, Jet Blue doesn't charge you for the first bag, but they do charge you for a pillow and blanket. Actually, I felt rather bad for the flight attendant who had to put up with my "Are you kidding? I'd rather freeze!" when she asked me for money for the blanket.
