I am pretty certain nobody has her on their list, but Zelda Rubinstein has passed away. She was "the magic munckin" in Poltergeist.
It's particularly noticeable to me because Poltergeist was very popular in my house. HBO was new (at least to my family) and one of the movies that we watched over and over again was Poltergeist. My kids had many parts of it memorized and will still quote the movie, if the situation calls for it.
