The idea of taxing benefits is horrible. This will put plenty of people into another tax bracket, and is just another way of screwing the middle class. Do you know how much those benefits are worth?

We desperately need to have reform. However, not on the backs of the working poor and the middle class. And that's what this will do. For those people who work in menial jobs for a good company, say a receptionist for IBM, the benefits that would get taxed just may screw them in the long run.
