I agree Lilo. I supported health care reform until I heard all of the bells and whistles of it. Subsidize those who need help paying premiums. Otherwise, leave it alone.
Sadly, I also agree. I just hope this isn't Obama's legacy.
The Jimmy Carter comparisons are not without merit (although Obama does have 3 years left to turn things around!). During Carter's Presidency we heard the term "ineffective" quite a bit. So far, it's not unfair to use that same word to describe Obama's first year in office.
Again, he does have three years to turn it around. Let's just hope he does!
