Question: at this point, ten (10) students failed to take their make-up exams last week. Should I tell them "tough" or something similar or should I let them take their make-ups?
I'm not sure why this is even a question. If a student doesn't live up to his or her obligations, why should they be given any special consideration?
Tell them "tough" Olivant. They need to learn that we live by rules, and if the rules are flaunted there are consequences.
