They're FREEZING. They were freezing in September, so you can imagine what they're feeling tonight.

I can relate. I'm freezing at 60 degrees.

Was the temp below zero? Actually it's the wind chill that'll kill you.

It's been in the teens and twenties at night, and the wind chill has been hovering around zero. SO cold. It's supposed to go up to the 40s this weekend, and I almost want to dance.

We've got several of inches of snow here and more on the way. It's 28. The grandkids were supposed to come over, but the weather is too bad. Merry Christmas to all.

It's cold.

Hasn't stopped raining all day..

Piles of snow still. Frost,ice and freezing temperatures. 3 weeks now and still no thaw......

I left the snow in Germany yesterday and landed in the Uk with snow, more snow forecasted tonight in Nottingham..

Absolutely bloody awful. We have huge amounts of snow,more to come and freezing temps. The roads are grid locked and all the schools and factories are shut. The shops have no bread and milk left and don't look like getting any for a while. Apparently by the weekend the wind is going to pick up and on the higher ground we are looking at -20 Celsius

The good news is that it is only going to last another 10 days so they reckon

Also we have had no snow today....yet!!

It has been brutally cold in New York for about a week or so now. Actually, today isn't too bad, but it's supposed to get frigid again over the weekend. I leave for Florida on the 27th, and it's no picnic down there, either, right now. It was 44 in Boca this morning. Very rare. It better warm up soon!

We've got some icy roads today. School was canceled. Wind chill will get down to 2 tonight. This weather will continue all through the weekend.

Freezing cold

We are suppose to get 3-5 in. overnight tonight. I just got back to Ohio last night from VA and we have about 3 in. on the ground already.

An afternoon snow storm is expected to drop 3-5 inches of snow on Metro Detroit followed by plunging temperatures that could turn freeways into "Slip 'n Slides."

The 3-5 is coming down now.

-22 degrees Celsius in northern Scotland last night. Colder than the South Pole apparently.

I see the U.K. has gotten whacked with some big snow. We had an inch this morning.

We have been whacked big time MC. The worst winter in decades. We have had snow for the last 3 weeks and no respite in sight. We had about an inch last night as well,to go with the foot and a half already lying

At my work,some of the guys who live on the outskirts of the city,10 miles or so only,can't get in. The roads are unpassable,even the buses are not running. Not so bad as that where we are but still bad. At least my path is clear!!

Boy Yogi, you guys are just getting hammered with snow aren't you? Good time to stay inside and watch movies.

Still brutally cold. It's supposed to get down to 8 degrees tonight with a wind chill below zero. And that's in the city! In the surrounding areas like North Jersey, Westchester and Rockland Counties, it will be even colder.

It's f'ing cold. So f'ing cold.

Well right now it's 1 degree above zero, although it feels like -12.

Starting on Sunday and lasting all next week we're suppose to have a heat wave with the highs in the mid 20's to mid 30's by weeks end

after last week I won't know how to handle it, after going 2-3 days where the windchill was like 35 below.

Thankfully I love the cold weather so it didn't affect me.

We do have a fireplace, but I don't feel like it's done much, TIS.
