In response to former federal judge and Fox News contributor Joe Napolitano’s accurate assertion that the Constitution provides the right to be tried in the location where the crime was committed (Article III, Section 2), Bill O’Reilly stated, “I don’t care about the Constitution!”
It's amazing how many times I've heard that line from people. In drafting the Constitution, the forefathers were clear and direct that the Constitution is to protect the people from that sentiment expressed.
