I've been called Gina Bobina/Bolina by several people (banana song?), my cousin being the main one - and both his and my mom have called me "Gina B" for the longest.

And I guess the rhyming thing further inspired us. My cousin Nick was called Nick the Stick, so he/I decided his brother should be Mike the Spike. Then my brother Vinny had to be the Penny, which was just silly and was never used...
