But SB, I remember your yard as being fenced in? Now that I have my own fenced-in yard, please don't tell me that the deer teleport themselves! I have enough wildlife with the squirrels and chipmunks and occasional (disgusting) possums...! lol
Most of the yard has a six foot fence, but other parts have only a four foot fence, and the deer hop that section and then laugh at us. We also have plenty of wild turkeys. The coyote can't hop the fence, but when the snow builds up along the fence line, they climb the drifts to get in. That's how my neighbor's Lhasa Apso got eaten.
