I made grits this morning. I love them and eat them almost every day when I'm in Florida (Denny's in Florida are the BEST. They suck up here.).

They're so easy to make, but for some reson, whenever I do it I feel like Joe Pesci, "Sure I heard a grits. I just never actually seen a grit before."
