There actually WAS an inground pool, but he dismantled and filled it in. It doesn't look that great right now, but at least it's easy to take care of!

I can be a cabana boy in my jet tub, though.

And yes, there's a natural gas line ready and waiting for a grill. The guy had this really nice Jenn-Air grill but wanted $4000 for it. Fuggedaboutit!
