I actually did. If it had an inground pool I wouldn't even have looked at the place. (Nothing against pools, of course, but despite my Cabana Boy obligations to SB's pool, I know I wouldn't have the time nor money nor especially energy to devote to something I'd hardly use). A hot tub is another matter, tho!

Friday, 9/25, 38 years of wedded bliss. Going up to NYC. Saturday matinee "Hair", saw the original 40+ years ago. This time with my 30 year old daughter. Should be interesting. In 1968 it was soooooo relevant. Let the Sunshine IN.

MC, first of all, a big congratulations to you and Mrs. MC. I wish you two many many more years. You should pat yourselves on the back for such a great accomplishment.
Secondly, Hair. Oh yes, so many great numbers from that musical and that era. I never did see it but really wanted to at the time. It was very big. Tell me, doesn't the cast go nude at the end? Or am I thinking of another broadway musical. Just wondering.

Last Friday marked the 39th anniversary of when I met my first wife. I was a sophomore in college, she was a freshman. My roommates and I threw a party and invited the entire female freshman dorm (half of them showed up - it's no wonder I got evicted from my apartment the next day).
My girlfriend at the time noticed one of the gals was a little green from drinking too much beer. She suggested I take her outside for some fresh air. I did and the next thing I knew she barfed all over the front steps. It was love at first sight.

She's always been a good sleeper...she usually goes to bed about 10:30 and sleeps till she wants a bottle at 6:30am then sleeps till 8 or 9ish.
