I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Whatever happened to that s***bag prosecutor, and how come prosecutorial misconduct isn't a crime?
He was disbarred. He was also held in criminal contempt of court and sentencd to one whole day and a $500 fine. The LaCrosse players families sued him and he has now declared bankruptcy.
If prosecutorial misconduct were a crime, most of them would be locked up.
