Crap. My PO Box was supposed to be renewed at the end of July, but since I go there only like once or twice a month, I missed the notice and got locked out. I just renewed, got a new key, and the box is empty. Hopefully everything wasn't returned to sender!
Holy Crap!
So I go back to the post office today to make sure everything's fine, AND MY BOX IS EMPTY with a cover on the back indicating it's not in use. This is after spending $70 to renew it and pay for the new lock. EMPTY! I go up to the counter and he checks it, and apparently THERE'S A FORWARDING NOTICE on it -- but he couldn't tell me where my mail was being forwarded to! I didn't ask to have my mail forwarded and now it's going to God-knows-where, and probably thrown away!!
I have to go back Monday AM to "talk" with the appropriate person.
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
