Ughh! You just had to do it klyd. I'm a sucker for these tear jerker stories. If I had witnessed something like that I'd be in shambles for years to come. Now I'm gonna be bawling all day.

SC, I remember you telling me about the many kindnesses from your former landlord. So sorry to hear about her tragic end.
Klyd, I feel for that little girl, but at four, children are amazingly resilient. We had a cat before the girls were born. She was not particularly friendly and probably resented them as an intrusion, but they loved her. However, they wanted a dog. Knowing how nasty our cat could be, we told them it would be a terrible idea.
When the girls were 8 and 12, Kitty had repeated seizures. The vet said that she had thrown a clot and recommended putting her to sleep. We did, and then brought her home to be buried in the woods behind our house. The girls were sobbing their little hearts out during the funeral, and it killed me to see them taking it so badly.
They dried their eyes while we walked back to the house, and then said, "Now that Kitty's dead, can we get a dog???"

Ok, not my neck of the woods, but, in Wisconsin: I'll copy/paste the portion that I'm sure will capture your attention. Maybe what so many women might consider but never would actually do. Seriously though, wow, what crazies. Ziemann struck the man in the face, and used glue to attach his penis to his stomach.
He started screaming and the women ran off worried that he could get loose and hurt them, but took his wallet, car and phone. StoryTIS

I read that fast and thought she cut it off and then glued it back on to his stomach. Either way, it's still gotta be a painful lesson.

I had heard that they pulled one person out. Did they not survive, or was that just something reported incorrectly by the news crews? Nobody was pulled out alive. I think they've recovered three bodies. Interesting fact about the train ridership on days of accidents. Makes ya believe in ESP.

I heard about the crash, but how sad (lucky) for that 13 year old. I know these things happen, but I would never go in a helicopter. They have these rides in Vegas too, where you can tour Hoover Dam. I too afraid of heights. Anyway, what a horrible accident. TIS

Some people are real scum that's for sure Iceman. This one I find unbelieveable. This guy was caught on video (by the horse's owner) having sex with a horse. But, that's not all. This was the second time with the same horse. Must be some fine looking animal no? This guy, they say, has mental problems. Gee, ya think? TIS http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/bizarre/6553012.html

Did you guys hear about the ex-model who was found mutilated and stuffed a suitcase in a trash bin in Buena Park, CA (which is just north of my area)? They are searching for an ex-boyfriend who was in some reality tv show. What makes this so gruesome is that today, I heard that they couldn't get fingerprints nor dental records because he pulled her teeth out. They identified her (or confirmed her identity) by the serial number on her breast implants. Can you freekin' imagine? Whatkind of an animal this guy is? I believe they said he's in Canada (or from Canada). I hope they find this guy and hang him tightly by his balls. What a POS pig he is. SC, I don't know this model, but by the picture she reminds me of someone from the 50's. You know, like Jayne Mansfield kind of...or that era. Don't you think? Horrible terrifying death for sure. TIS

You wished it on him, TIS... Yea, but did they find him hanging by his balls? I'm not a cold hearted person, but this scum has no sympathy from me. TIS

Yea, but did they find him hanging by his balls? Geez, a dark side of TIS is showing since her retirement.
