It was 102° in Seattle today... an all-time new record.

Somehow we switched coasts here in the U.S. The Pacific northwest is known for its cool, rainy weather, and that's what we have in New York this summer; they have our heat and humidity.

What's gotta be hard on them there is many people don't have air conditioning. The news reported that there isn't a fan to be had in the area (they're all sold out).
