P.S. It is the World Nettle Eating Contest in the UK this week. That should be entertaining   I used to go mountain biking a lot, and sometimes the plants on the side of the trails would hit my legs. Nettles would sting for a couple of days! How do people eat them???

P.S. It is the World Nettle Eating Contest in the UK this week. That should be entertaining I used to go mountain biking a lot, and sometimes the plants on the side of the trails would hit my legs. Well the contest is held in a pub so i imagine everyone gets blind drunk before chomping down on some nettle stew  The next day brings a hangover and a very sore mouth......
I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!

Did anyone else read the story that Walter Conkrite is gravely ill? That's about all it says.  Gee, he is so respected. I hope he's ok. Yet the guy is 90 something I believe. TIS

TIS When Bob Hope died a few yeaqrs ago, I thought that Walter Cronkite was the quintissential American cultural icon. If and when he passes, I think that it will pass to Bill Cosby. I wish Cronkite well.

I saw ya'. I was just looking for the right set-up. And what's better than Morgantown rednecks? Hey, Morgantown is the birthplace of Don Knotts. I have crazy respect for you guys. Haha theres such a wide variety of people here.. Rednecks, thugs, sluts, goths, punks, hippies, etc. Rednecks are the tamest I think haha True that, we have a Don Knotts Boulevard and a Gold Star with his name and picture on it on the sidewalk on High Street. haha Morgantown loves their Don Knotts
