Anyone following this Miss California debacle?

Carrie Prejean went on an ultra conservative talk show yesterday and said this:

"I felt as though Satan was trying to tempt me in asking this question. And then God was in my head and in my heart saying: 'Do not compromise this. You need to stand up for Me and you need to share with all these people...you need to witness to them.'"

She said God asked her, "Carrie, how bad do you want this? Are you willing to compromise your beliefs for a one-year crown of Miss USA?"

Uhm, Carrie. Was is Satan who paid for your boob job?

Hypocrisy at it's worst.

This is the reason no one pays any attention to extreme conservatives any more.

I try not to kill spiders most times because they take care of bugs. If they were useless I'd squash them.

Now THAT explains why you zig-zagged down Broadway!! And here I thought you were crossing the street to get closer to The Naked Cowboy!

If they're up on the ceiling minding their own business, I let'm be. But if they enter my living space, fuggedaboutit!

As many times as I've been to NY I've never seen The Naked Cowboy.

The Naked Pizza Boy is a much better show.

Being that I married a hillbilly critters don't bother me except for snakes.

I had a friend who was a big baseball player back in high school. He could throw that speed ball by you and make you look like a fool, boy. I saw Springsteen in a soccer stadium in Milan, Italy in 1985. Four and a half hours of greatness! He is truly The Boss!

Springsteen's here in Hershey this Friday night. A friend of mine, who does legal work for the production company, is going to watch the concert from back stage. He said the arena is already working to ensure that the particular requests ofthe band members are met fromwater, vitamins and peanut butter.

Klyd, my daughter's heading down to Hershey for Memorial Day Weekend. This is her first weekend away on her own, so she's pretty excited. It's also her birthday (our first birthday away from her! ), so she's really looking forward to it.
