I feel sorry for this lady and think it's in the worse possible taste for these people to offer her this so called deal. It seems like a mockery of her.
I don't know what kind of person she is, except that she cared for her ill mother for a long time and is I'm guessing quite sheltered. I don't know. I just feel bad for her.
Now, on the other hand, if this lady is gung ho and goes for this offer, I guess I'll have to eat my words.
