Sugars are included in Total Carbohydrates, so that's 40g of Total Carbs (incl. 36g Sugars). Add 1g Protein and you're at 41g. 15mg Sodium makes it 41.015g (I think), so I guess the other .085g are just trace amounts of whatever's not on the label.
Poof! You got your 42g package.
I can't imagine not being able to eat 15 of those measly little things!
