I finished my nights on Thursday morning,not back in till Saturday night but they asked me to do an early shift overtime today. So yesterday i only went to bed for a couple of hours and got up at 11am because i wanted to be tired for going to bed as normal last night and getting up this morning.

By 10.30 last night i was tired and shuffled off to bed,straight off into the land of nod. Till i woke up at 1am and could not get back to sleep. Lay awake till the alarm went off at 5am. Tried to lure Mrs. Yogi into some sexual shenanigans to pass the time but she was having none of it

The end result is that i am home again and very weary. Shift work is tough sometimes.....

That bad mistake didn't trust her instincts that's the day
she contracted the virus packing her sinus with shattered pain
Packed her belongings ran away broke nothing changed
In the Month of may found her body next to her husbands grave


He wanted quick easy cash something he needed bad
keep his stash clean and flat between seats and mats
greedy cat specialized in the package of green and crack
Speed and tabs feeding smack by using the needle stabs
Bits of his nose were missing proof of a coke addiction
kept alone on missions thought he'd be thrown in prison
prone to chicks and deceit used by bitches for weeks
He kept them high and fed them right up until they bled him dry
Then he tried to hustle hard heart beat elevated
lost his home slept in streets last week elevators
dark fiend agitated aggravated at the station
begging for small change to them he was an addict faceless
couldn't manage tasting the strife life at it's worst
preferred a knife and a Hurst to be placed right in the dirt
His life was a curse arteries tightened to burst
chest exploded in the hospital with no sign of a nurse

whisper, that's very good. Gritty, powerful imagery in your verse. I think your ability to write is enhanced by the brutal honesty and openness you display on the boards. I get the feeling that when you create, you are not random or reckless, but you don't hold back either.

Klyd, I always write like this. Hip Hop allows you to write great story's in a rhythmic rhyme structure. A lot of my songs are structures in that multiple syllabic style you just read. By using three or 4 words that continue to rhyme with the next three or four words, It creates a complex yet understandable verse. For example when I wrote " Nothing changed Month of May and Husbands grave. Instead of rhyming just the last word, like most song writers do, I rhyme the last two or three words together, that have the same amount of syllables.

In the show airing April 6, Johnston tells Tyra Banks that he believes Sarah Palin knew he and Bristol, 18, were having sex when they lived under her roof. "I'm pretty sure she probably knew. Moms are pretty smart," Johnston says.

Levi Johnston is in big trouble at the Sarah Palin household.

After taking about sex on "The Tyra Banks Show," Johnston – the 18-year-old father of Bristol Palin's baby – was hit with a blistering response from Bristol's mother, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

"Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We're disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship," says the statement from the Palin family rep.

"Bristol's focus will remain on raising Tripp, completing her education, and advocating abstinence," the statement continues. "It is unfortunate that Levi finds it more appealing to exploit his previous relationship with Bristol than to contribute to the well being of the child."
