If you're talking country fried steak that they serve in restaurants..you know breaded with mashed potatos/gravy, I love it too. I have never made it though.

I also like cube steak, but haven't had it in a long long time. There aren't too many meat dishes I don't like. tongue I even "don't mind" liver. I haven't made it in a long time though either, but I will eat it.
