Very sad.

He was great in "Wiseguy." I also loved him as a producer in "Mr. Saturday Night."

He was very pro-union. I remember when the foodservice workers were on strike a few years ago, he wouldn't cross the picket line to eat at Cipriani in Manhattan. It's famous for being one of those beautiful people/celebrity/society joints. So it was apparently more important to him to be true to himself than be swayed by a bunch of phonies. That's true character.

Obviously a good man. Sad news.
