One of my best pals at work has been suffering from various chest infections the last few months. He has just been into our hospital for tests this week (the same hospital we both work in which is handy for visiting him) and apparently he has a hole in the heart

33 years old and he he finds out he has had it since birth and never known. He will get an operation soon and hopefully be ok. He is a big lad though,21 stones plus,so i think he may need to drop a few pounds!
