My daughter has a houseguest visiting for a while. My grandaughters love this guest and want her to stay "forever". When I asked my 6 yr. old grandaughter, "would you like it if grandma stayed forever?" Her reply, innocent and without any mean intent, at that age, was...."yea, but your forever isn't that long." Just adorable. My daughters and I all looked at each other and cracked up. I love the innocence of children.
