Well, my day has been completely ruined by the fact I can't breathe without stabbing, breath Catching pains in the back of my right lung/Back. Every time I go to breath in, this massive pain shoots up causing me to jolt up and down. Really friggin' annoying.
Sounds like it might be muscular in nature. Try taking a warm bath to relax the muscles in your back.
