I received Sunshine in the mail from Blockbuster Online because I forgot it was on my queue. I've had it for a month and a half because I wasn't really in the mood to watch a scifi movie. Finally, I had a sudden urge to watch scifi, so I put it in and the DVD was tripping out in my player. It was making all sorts of loud humming and clicking noises. The movie was playing just fine though, but I was worried my DVD player was going to explode, plus all the extra noise was obnoxious. I know it's the DVD because I put in all sorts of other discs and they work fine, and that one still screws with the player.

Have you guys had this problem before? Needless to say I was frustrated that I've had the thing for so long and when I finally get excited to watch it, I can't!
