It's still hovering right around $2 in New York City, but I've seen it as low as $1.85 up in some parts of Westchester and Rockland Counties.

I was in Florida for Thanksgiving, where I found regular down in Pompano Beach as low as $1.53. Where I live, in Palm Beach County, the average is about $1.69.
