Ha ha...wow, it does sound funny that someone didn't hear of the movie. Then again,I'll bet if I mentioned it to my daughters, they might not know of it.
I think I will see the movie. I'm guessing this kind of Sci-Fi movie, with a technology update might be pretty good, as long as they don't overdo it. Know what I mean?

How can EARTH work in a 2008 geo-political context? I had heard reports it will have to do something with ecology or environment or whatever, and I just don't know.
