Some of the list is not so shocking, like maybe Wickes or Pacific Sunwear, where they are more I don't know, specialty type stores. But, J.C. Penny and Pep Boys (Big here in SoCal) really surprise me. Pennys is everywhere it seems and use to be a major department store.
