EGADS!  The quotes are wrong on the back cover of the book! "Never underestimate the greed of the other guy" should be "Never underestimate the other guy's greed" "You know what capitalism is? 'Get F***ed'!" should be "You know what capitalism is? Getting f***ed" Wow, how embarrassing.
