Just tell me why, on God's green earth, wasn't Palin more closely vetted?
If Obama wins and it's even close, there will be a backlash from Republicans who would have preferred Romney in the VP spot. Even with all the Republican/Bush baggage, he
could have won with a stronger VP candidate.
That's what they'll say.
