Good points, Olivant. I retired (actually took a withdrawal card) from the Teamsters as soon as I got my 25 years in. I'm only 49, so I decided to "freeze' my pension, by waiting until I'm at least 55 to collect, when it will be worth almost twice what it is now.

But that's neither here nor there. I manage to keep very busy by managing my properties; and being a "hands on" landlord. I travel as much as I can and really enjoy my life. Still, there are just days when I really miss "the grind."
