Not to mention that going by points would be ridiculous. Imagine an NFL where the team with the most points at the end of the season wins the title. This way is better.

Your star RB gets injured (Addai for example), use your depth to overcome the injuries. My top WR has been out all season. Last week my top 2 WRs and TE were out but I was still able to come out with a win when 5 people thought I'd lose compared to the 1 who thought I'd win (meeeeeeeeeee). The matchups is what makes this game great. When you can overcome injuries and still win that's awesome too.

I am looking over last year's results. Turns out I am 2-0 against Lou now tongue. I started last year 4-2 (one of those losses by 1 point). Then I lost the last 7 games. That was horrible.
