Trying to get a commission check in this economy is impossible. One landlord finally sent in money he has owed since July 1st, and the other just paid an October 1st invoice. Once a check comes in, it has to clear, and then I get 50% of it. However, because I'm betting that cash flow is tight in my company right now, they're taking their sweet time writing me a check. I've been waiting months and/or weeks for this money. Do they not think that I have bills to pay?? It's bad enough that I have to beat the landlords over the head for my damn money, but now I have to sit around and wait for my own damn company to pay me.
