Notice how they had Dellacroce and Galante as Dons, when neither was at the time. I guess it's a measure of the effectiveness of Castellano's legitimate cover and Rastelli's low profile (or the reporters' inability to envision that somone could run a Family from prison). They were right on the money about the public's complicity in Mob activites.
