My daughter had a history assignment about the election. They were given a packet to read, and then asked questions. The first question asked what makes this election different from any other. I told my daughter that no matter who wins, either the first African-American president or the first female VP will be elected. Until she said that, it hadn't occurred to me.



Hmmm. That's interesting. I find myself questioning it, thinking back to prove it wrong. lol I guess t just seems like thre must have been that scenario in recent years.
