I am not sayig that he "physically" forced her to do so. I am in no way saying that she was totally innocent. But let's be realistic. He was the President of the USA and she was a young intern. I would venture to guess that while he absolutely did not "physically" force her, he did somehow force, or perhaps a better word is convince her to perform the act. Not saying that she didn't enjoy it, but common sense says that he, being who he was, somehow manipulated her.
