what's your stand on tongue?? Well, I've always felt that tongues are the one part of the cow they shouldn't have out on display in the grocery store meat department. It was a bit freaky when I was a kid to see that thing plastic wrapped to the little styrofoam tray. eeeeesh. Then we are in complete and total agreement.

I've considered going vegetarian several times, for at least a while anyway, just to see how it affects my body. It's a difficult change though. There is no way in hell I would (or could) ever considering becoming a vegetarian. I like almost all vegetables, but without some kind of a meat dish with it, it simply is NOT a meal.  God, forbid if I was ever told I could never eat steak again, I swear I'd shrivel up an die.  My daughter is a vegetarian and is totally comfortable with. I look at what she eats and shake my head wondering "how can hat be enjoyable?" To each his own.  TIS
