I heard on the radio yesterday that "The Blob" is 50 years old. I never saw it in the theater, but I remember as a kid watching the Friday night "scary movie". One of those silly concepts (I mean, come on) Yet something about that movie made it fun to watch and just plain enjoyable. And, if I'm not mistaken, Steve McQueen's first movie no????
