I think it's fair, and definitely upgrades both teams. I give up one of the top receivers, and above average QB, but in return get back an 1,100 yard receiver, and Jacobs who had 1,000 yards in just 11 games last year. My RB position went from a position of weakness, to a position of strength.


(Also, having a "Jet" on my team is slightly less painful than having a Cowboy or Eagle.)
