My realtor's last name = McCluskey.

Segue = Capt. McCluskey from The Godfather.

McCluskey, in The Godfather, told his men to "stand him up straight" before he punched Michael.

I extrapolated from that to perpetuate the pun into saying, facetiously, that she (my realtor) told me to "stand up straight."

Then I took it a half-step forward, since when one is punched in the face, one alledgedly "sees stars" -- which is a double-pun with the Hollywood reference ("movie stars").

Lastly, asking for a tissue, is a result just once seen in The Godfather film, but an ongoing issue for Michael in the novel, when he ends up with sinus problems, and ultimately needing surgery for such.
