First, he found a great way to not have Bush and Cheney speak at the convention. Anything they said would have given the Dems a field day for tying the current administration's unpopularity to McCain.
Second, Gustave only brushed New Orleans. But the administration's now bragging about how "they" "managed" this "crisis" "brilliantly."
