How do you can green beans Mig? Do you have to do anything to them first? I plan on doing this as well, but don't know how.

First of all do have a quart size pressure cooker? It's real easy all you have to do is nub off the ends, break the beans in pieces, wash the beans once or twice depending on how dirty they are, Put the beans in the jars, put water in the jars up to the "shoulders" of the jars put the lids and the rings on and make sure they are nice and tight, and put them in the presure cooker. Cook them on 10 lbs of pressure for 20/25 minutes. If ya have any more questions feel free to send me a pm.
Geoffy, When I pick more beans I'm gonna freeze them. I have some peppers I have to put in the freezer today. And hopefully this weekend I can make some chow-chow.
