An opinion I don't share. Yeah, the novel adds a lot of depth to the characters, but it wasted too much time on unnecessary stuff (like Johnny Fontaine, Nino, Lucy Mancini and her big -----, and Dr. Jules Segal).
Don't get me wrong; I like the book, but I LOVE the movies.
