Yeah, I was really young when I saw it on TV with my Dad one weekend day. I might not enjoy it if I saw it for the first time as an adult today but I still love it because I loved it back then.
That (for me, anyway) is one of the wonderful things about film. It reminds you of when you first saw the movie and holds special memories.
I had ordered quite a few of the sci-fi/monster flicks I saw as a kid (thinking they were GREAT) and laugh when I watch them now (seeing that they're really "silly") but still love them anyway. "The Crawling Eye" and "The Creature From the Black Lagoon" are two that come to mind now.
