I love Christian Bale. I think he's terrific. I first took notice of him in "Little Women" and have always admired his work.

I think that of all the movies for whioch a sequel would be appropriate, the final scene of I, Robot definitely invites one.

Hackman is amazing in The Royal Tenenbaums (2001). I think it's a very good and interesting role at the least. One of the best comedic performances I've seen in the past twenty five years or so.

I agree with this completely, The Royal Tenenbaums is one of my top ten all time movies. Definitely watch it SC, I think you'll enjoy the sense of timing and odd humor.

I'd like to see Ghostbusters 3 if they ever made one. If they could make a fourth Indiana Jones movie with an old Harrison Ford, then they could still make another funny Ghostbusters movie.

Weird, I just looked up "Ghostbusters" on IMDB and the first movie is spelled "Ghost Busters" with two words, but "Ghostbusters" in the sequel is one word. What the heck?

Hackman got lazy, and basically plays the same guy in every role.

That's about as meaningless as saying the same of De Niro or Pacino.

Are you sure that can't be said about DeNiro? The way his characters gets angry or obnoxious or serious are very similar in all his movies.

Yeah, De Niro has mannerisms unique to him, but the characters themselves are quite different. He's the sort of actor that brings his own persona to each role - he can't perform unless it's already there.
