Caught this movie on TCM a couple of times lately and really enjoyed it, not least for the young Jerry Orbach, Robert De Niro and the great Herve Villechaize.

Anyone else see this movie and what did you make of it?

I'm dying to see this too.

I've heard good things about it.

The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero uses his fear, projects it onto his opponent, while the coward runs. It's the same thing, fear, but it's what you do with it that matters. Cus D'Amato

Damn! I have TMC but they didn't show it. Maybe there programming is different here in the states.

I haven't seen that movie in years, but I remember it being a pretty funny movie.

You realize that it is based on the infamous Gallo brothers, right?

Don Cardi cool

Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.

I picked up the dvd at a Borders last month for less than $20.

It's just fun to see DeNiro and Orbach as young men.

I need to catch this movie. I can never think of what I want to see when I rent.

Long as I remember The rain been coming down.
Clouds of Mystery pouring Confusion on the ground.
Good men through the ages, Trying to find the sun;
And I wonder, Still I wonder, Who'll stop the rain.

Is this the one about Joey Gallo? I remember a lion in the basement as I flicked through the channels. Joey had a lion as well I think.

There are some movies that are so silly and cornball that they become unwatchable. For me, it's Casino Royale (the one with Peter Sellers, David Niven and Woody Allen) and this movie, ugh...

We might be able to tape the gun behind it.

This is a very funny book, as well.
