I can understand people's frustrations that's for sure.

The other day I got gas at a nearby station during my lunch hour. As I was waiting in line, a lady comes in and tells the clerk that her pump didn't work. Turns out the lady (evidently) gave the wrong pump number and $10.00 to the clerk and someone else pumped her gas. \:o The clerk was really very unsympathetic saying, "I can't do anything about it". The woman is saying "what about my ten buck?" I really don't know what the clerk could have done, but she really just blew the lady off without even looking into it.

I can see where an incident like this, with prices as high as they are could cause a person "on the edge" (or not) to explode.
