Long Lines for gas on the Garden State Parkway rest areas. Why? $3.17 for regular (LUKOIL). Their contract with the state only allows them to change prices once a week - Friday mornings. This last price was in effect just before the big jump. Can't wait to see the price tomorrow. My guess is $3.47. See what happens when the government steps in!!
